She is survived by : her parents, Richard Francis and Deanna Ruth Dixon Dubs of Forsyth, Illinois.; her sons, Connor R. McCormick of State College, Ian T. McCormick of Arizona and Brayden R. McCormick of Hershey; her sisters, Melinda Marie O'Brien (Michael) of Loveland and Christina Louise Binnard (Blake) of Maricopa, Arizona; and her pet Bailey.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to her son's education.
