He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry Brontsema and Johanna Brontsema (Niemeyer); and his wife Diane Denington of East Lansing, MI. He is survived by: his sister Joanie Forney of Alamo, CA.; his daughters, Sheri Lynn Sebastian (Tom) of Snohomish, WA, Kimberlee Joy Brontsema of Gilbert, AZ and Jodette Ann Ashcraft; and his grandchildren, Tess Sebastian, Carly Sebastian and Blakelee Evans (Sophia Buie).
