He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert G. Shoff and Esther G. Sheaffer; and his son Robbie Stuart. He is survived by: his wife Barbara Ann Shoff; and his daughters, Jeanne Marie Killinger (Bruce), Meredith Shoff Receveur (Jim), Rebecca Ann Mixell (Donnie) and Deborah Kay Reavis (Marty). He is also survived by 14 grandchildren and 14 great-grandchildren.
Viewing was held on Wednesday, October 28th 2026 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Hoffman Funeral & Cremation (2020 W Trindle Rd, Carlisle, PA 17013). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, October 28th 2026 at 12:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Wednesday, October 28th 2026 at the Cumberland Valley Memorial Gardens (1921 Ritner Hwy, Carlisle, PA 17013).
