Larry J. Fink Obituary

Larry J. Fink, aged 77, from Hershey, passed away peacefully on Thursday, May 2, 2024, after a prolonged battle with Parkinson's disease, which was attributed to exposure to Agent Orange and his time spent at Camp Lejeune.

Born on September 29, 1946, in Harrisburg, he was the son of the late Latimer and Mary (Lehmer) Fink, and was also predeceased by his brother, Latimer Fink.

A Central Dauphin East High School and Messiah College alumnus, Larry was a lifelong artist and writer who owned Adventure Art and retired from Exhibit Studios in Harrisburg. A U.S. Marine Corps veteran of the Vietnam War, he relished traveling, embarking on adventures, playing with children, and drawing cartoons.

He is survived by his wife of 56 years, Shirley A. (Crout) Fink; sons, Michael Fink (Jamie) of Hummelstown, and Kyle Fink (Devin Howell) of Harrisburg; siblings, Patricia Harr (widow of Robert) of Harrisburg, Suzanne Sheaffer (Jeff) of Manheim, and Barry "Butch" Fink of Millersburg; sister-in-law, Tina Fink of Dauphin; and grandchildren, Lucas, Jordan, and Ryder Fink.

A graveside service is scheduled for 1:00 PM on Friday, May 10, 2024, at Hershey Cemetery.

Instead of flowers, memorial donations can be made to Wounded Warriors, 1117 Country Club Road, Camp Hill, PA 17011.
