He was predeceased by: his parents, Lewis C. Shaw, Sr. and Carrie A Shaw; his wife Patricia Shaw (Latz); and his son Dr. Lewis C. "Kip" Shaw, III. He is survived by: his daughter Beth Shaw (Jason Pedersen); his daughter-in-law Stephanie Shaw; his grandchildren, Nate Shaw, Ella Pedersen and Maggie Shaw; and his sister Donna Moslak.
