She is survived by: her father Thomas Paul Cook; her husband James Brian Dean; her sons, Thomas "TJ" and Benjamin "Benji" Dean; her grandmother Jean Ellis; her siblings, Dorothy "Dee" Cook-Chandler (Mike), Mary Cook D'Souza (Roland) and Peter Cook (Emma); and her nieces and nephews, Owen, Jack, Core Chandler, Kaden Summers, Catharine D'Souza, Reese and Max Cook.
