She was predeceased by: her parents, John Falatko and Susan Falatko (Yencho) of Freeland, PA; her husband Thomas; and her siblings, Irene Matisak, Eleanor Stefanik and John Falatko (Susan).
She is survived by: her children, Cindy Zimmerman, Thomas and Jeff Sotack (Lori); her grandchildren, Gary Zimmerman (Tara), Justin Zimmerman, Amanda Mikus (Greg) and Alyssa Sotack; Disney and Medjugorje.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, November 5th 2026 from 10:30 AM to 11:00 AM at the St. Joan of Arc Catholic Church (359 W Areba Ave, Hershey, PA 17033). A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Thursday, November 5th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be to the St. Joan of Arc Church, Heart of the Parish Fund 305 West Areba Avenue, Hershey PA 17033 Hershey, PA.
