She was predeceased by: her parents, William H. Platt and Dora U. Ritter Platt; and her siblings, Pearl C. Platt, Grace Cobaugh, Beulah Popp, William Platt, Kenneth Platt and Edna Stahl.
She is survived by: her husband Nelson Neff; and her sister-in-law Phyllis Platt. She is also survived by 21 nieces and nephews.
