With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Patricia A. Cusack of Hershey, Pennsylvania, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on February 13, 2026 at the age of 87. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Walter Winfield and Adelaide Winfield (Mentzinger); and her sisters, Adelaide Hock, Joan Yax-Fox (Thomas F. Cusack Jr.) and May.
She is survived by: her children, Tommy Cusack (Sharon McElroy), Bill Cusack (Beth) of Newtown, PA and Trish Anderson (David) of Hershey, PA; her grandchildren, Erin Cusack, T. J. Cusack, Brianna Cusack, Lauren Cusack, Kristin Moppin, Taylor Moritz, Tegan Moritz and Karleigh Moritz; her great grandchildren, Paizley Moppin, Severino Moreno and Delilah Moppin; and her husband Tom.
