He is survived by: his wife Donna Bushman (Shaffer); his children, Christopher Bushman (Jennifer) of Hershey and Janel Moyer (Michael) of Oceanview, DE; his granddaughter Zoe; and his sister-in-law Lorrie Bushman of Hershey.
