It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Regina Ann Smith (Hershey, Pennsylvania), who passed away on October 20, 2025, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Ruggerio DiPietro and Emma Joss (Pirato); and her husband Bernard L. Smith. She is survived by: her children, Stephen W. Hurley of Middletown, David W. Hurley of Fresno, CA and Brenda Gravel of Lancaster; and her sisters, Linda Joss-Dyke of Wilmington, NY and Margaret Johnson-Dislevy of Orlando, FL. She is also survived by 8 grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 30th 2025 from 10:30 AM to 11:00 AM at the St. Joan of Arc Catholic Church (359 W Areba Ave, Hershey, PA 17033). A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Thursday, October 30th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A graveside service will be held on Thursday, October 30th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Indiantown Gap National Cemetery (60 Indiantown Gap Rd, Annville, PA 17003).
In lieu of flowers, the family prefers memorial contributions be made to St. Jude's Children's Hospital. Keep Regina Ann Smith's legacy alive by donating to a charity in need.
