He was predeceased by: his parents, Ray C. Cramer and Margaret Cramer (Clark); and his sister Sandra L. Weand of Lebanon. He is survived by: his wife Rhoda Bollinger Cramer; his children, Dr. Richard Ray Cramer, Jr. (Louann Sheaffer Cramer) of Hershey, Dr. Robert Bruce Cramer of Hershey and Julie Anne Cramer (Douglas Cheston Berlin) of Elizabethtown; and his grandchildren, Myla, Andy, Ryan and Reagan Cramer.
