It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Donald K. Dorisio of Hickory, Pennsylvania, who passed away on April 9, 2025, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Primo Dorisio and Jane Bauduin Dorisio; and his wife Edna Mae Pollack. He is survived by: his children, Donald M. Dorisio (Lorie) of Wolfdale and Susan Roule (Chad) of Washington; his grandchildren, Nicole Knotts (Cam) and Luke Roule; his great grandchild Wyatt; his brother Jim Dorisio (Dollie) of Houston; his nephew Jimmy Dorisio; and his niece Debbie Deininger (Todd).
Visitation was held on Friday, April 11th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Jerome A. Stefkovich Funeral Home, Inc. (18 Campbell St, Avella, PA 15312). A funeral service was held on Saturday, April 12th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made to Bert C. Siders American Legion Post 643 of Avella.
