He was predeceased by: his parents, John T. "Jack" Caldwell and Elaine Reedy Caldwell of Hickory, PA.. He is survived by: his wife Judy L. Caldwell (Hickman); his sons, David J. Caldwell (Jennifer) and Steven E. Caldwell (Courtney); his grandchildren, Aiden John, Jackson David, Parker Lee, Paislee Lynn and Payton Katherine Caldwell; and his siblings, Douglas S. Caldwell (Pamela) and Michelle E. Pintar (Robert). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
