He was predeceased by: his parents, Chandler Wallace and Evelyn Hodges Wallace; and his sister Jean Wallace. He is survived by: his wife Carol Dixon Wallace; his daughters, Kimberly Livolsi (Lucian) of Canonsburg and Jennifer Brezinski (Jeff) of Hickory; his sister Carolyn Wiggins (Joe) of South Carolina; and his grandchildren, Tyler Brezinski (Hannah), Zachary Brezinski (Caitlin), Holly Livolsi and Jacob Livolsi.
The family kindly suggests memorial contributions be made to the Mt. Pleasant Volunteer Fire Department, 106 Main Street, Hickory, PA, 15340; or, the Richard Vaux Masonic Lodge, 896 Steubenville Pike, Burgettstown, PA, 15021, in Richard C. Wallace's name.
