He was predeceased by: his parents, Samuel B. McMillan and Anna B. Marth McMillan. He is survived by: his sons, Samuel B. McMillan (Michelle) of Monongahela and Sean A. McMillan of Hickory; and his sister Georgia Minger (Louis) of Weirton, WV..
Visitation will be held on Saturday, October 25th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the Hickory Volunteer Fire Department Hall (106 Main St, Hickory, PA 15340).
