She was predeceased by : her mother Antonia Navales Bisnar; and her son Effren J. Hesse. She is survived by : her father Eufracio Bisnar of Inopacan; her husband Tandy M. Scantlen; and her son John J. Reichard (Kenneth Becker Jr.).
