We are sad to announce that on January 20, 2022, at the age of 62, Joseph Merrill Fisher of Highspire, Pennsylvania, born in Laurel, Maryland passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by : his parents, Merrill Fisher and Margaret Fisher (Craski); his brother James "Jim" Fisher; and his close friend Kathleen Blair. He is survived by : his children, Sean Fisher (Chantelle) of Manheim and Billie Weaver (Wayne) of Enola; his sister Cathy Chahrour (Ahmad); his grandchildren, Chloe, Isabella and Finley Weaver; his sister-in-law Mary Fisher; his nieces, Laurel Fisher, Andrea Johnson and Zahra Tennis; and his nephew Ramsey.
