It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Lucy Russ of Highspire, Pennsylvania, born in Delmont, Pennsylvania, who passed away on January 12, 2023, at the age of 81, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by : her parents, Charles George Newhouse, Sr. and Luella Irene Kemerer Newhouse; her husband Thomas C. Russ, III; her children, Connie L. Traino and Phillip Todd "Stumpy" Stump; and her sisters, Mary Lou Filson and Virginia "Dee" L. Toomey.
She is survived by : her daughter Kim M. Stump of Highspire; her granddaughter Tori L. Traino; her great grandchildren, Natalie L. Matos and Courtney L. Sweigard; her great great grandchildren, Kayson P. Matos, Grayson T. Matos and Anya N. Sweigard; and her siblings, Nancy M. Gerber of Annville, Charles "Skip" G. Newhouse, Jr. of Myerstown and Larry "Butch" P. Newhouse (Wanda L.) of Harrisburg. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
