He is survived by: his wife Candace "Candy" Coldren Lee; his daughter Amy Jo Lee of Niles Ohio; and his siblings, Sheila Swatsworth (John), Sandra Beisler (Larry) of Elizabeth Indiana, Kathy Carby of Louisville Kentucky and Jerry Lee of Frankfort Kentucky. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
