She was predeceased by: her parents, William L. Lewis and Viola Lewis (Moyer); and her siblings, R. Leonard, William R., Arthur M. Lewis, Genette McKay, Gertrude Haas, Elizabeth "Sis" Godshall and Mary Ellen Nyce.
She is survived by: her husband Charles P. Kozitzky, Jr.; her sons, Charles Kozitzky III (Mary) and Steven Kozitzky (Cindy); and her grandchildren, Taylor, Natalie, Mia, Alex and Evan.
