He was predeceased by: his parents, John O'Hara and Margaret O'Hara; and his niece Colleen. He is survived by: his daughter-in-law Janice; his siblings-in-law, John (Cathy) and Patricia (Andrew); his sibling's children, Andrew (Deirdre), Matthew (Siena), Kathryn (Martin), Cathleen (Paul), Chrissy, Terri (Marc) and Kelly (Tom); and his stepson Michael Morgan (Rachel).
Viewing will be held on Saturday, October 18th 2025 from 10:30 AM to 11:30 AM at the Jack's Life Celebration. A funeral Mass will be held on Saturday, October 18th 2025 at 11:30 AM at the Church of St. Maria Goretti (1601 Derstine Rd, Hatfield, PA 19440).
