He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank X Flannery and Catherine Ann Flannery; and his brother Francis. He is survived by: his siblings, Jeanne Taylor, Mary Kay Tucker (Rob), Judy Peak (Jerry), Terri Schwabenland (Tom), Grace Clancy (Mike) and Bill Flannery (Vickie); and his friends, Paul and Karen Alger.
