He is survived by: his wife Nancy J. Biddle; his children, Jane L. Ray, DeWayne L. Spencer (Theresa) of Altoona and John N. Spencer (Susan) of Ocala, FL; his grandchildren, Latisha Ray, Anthony Spencer, Megan Raichle (Jordan), Travis Spencer (Jess), Patrick Spencer, Cora Spencer and Molly Spencer; and his great grandchildren, Kayla Delozier, Bridget Delozier, Rayla Waters, Jace Spencer, Sophie Raichle, McKenna Spencer, Remington Spencer, Jonah Raichle, Carson Spencer, Dawson Spencer and Aria Winner.
