He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph J. Adamczyk and Sophie Adamczyk (Boychew); and his sisters, Lovey Adamczyk and Joanna Tetanich. He is survived by: his son Joseph Floryan Heathcote of Catonville; his nieces, Paula and Lisa; and his caregiver Gloria Kolonich of Hollidaysburg.
