He was predeceased by: his parents, Ralph A. Frank and Mary Frank (Carn); his son Duane; and his siblings, Elizabeth Reilly, Marjorie Stiffler, Eleanor Zimmerman, Ralph, Thomas, Carl and Allen.
He is survived by: his wife Jennie May Lindsey; his children, Diane Castellucci (Pat) of Hollidaysburg, Donna Emeigh (Mark) of Hollidaysburg, Dolores Trimble (Brad), Della Wightman (Scott), David (Marlene) of Altoona, Denis (Cynthia) of Hollidaysburg, Douglas of Hollidaysburg, Dale (Dawn) of Hollidaysburg and Dwight (Sharon); and his daughter-in-law Tammy. He is also survived by 19 grandchildren and 14 great grandchildren: and many nieces and nephews.
