It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Richard A. Colabove of Hollidaysburg, Pennsylvania, who passed away on June 28, 2025, at the age of 67, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul Colabove and Velda Colabove (Hart); his son Richard "Ricky" Colabove; his siblings, Bonnie and Julius; his nephews, Brian and Jason Colabove; and his father-in-law Phil Steele.
He is survived by: his wife Pamela Colabove (Steele); his son Alexander Colabove; his grandson Braeton Miles; and his mother-in-law Kay Steele. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, July 2nd 2025 from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Santella Funeral Home (1106 8th Ave, Altoona, PA 16602). A funeral Mass will be held on Thursday, July 3rd 2025 at 10:30 AM at the Our Lady of Mount Carmel Church (806 11th St, Altoona, PA 16602).
