She was predeceased by: her parents, Paul Andrews Koontz and Margaret Koontz (Brice). She is survived by: her husband Donald H. Sylvester; her children, Jeanette S. Mann, Susan S. Mills (Brad), Andrew H. Sylvester (Jessica (Hmel)) and Sara A. Sylvester; her grandchildren, Morgan Hall, Cole Murray, Allison Denny, Brandon Denny, Peyton, Sydney, Reagan Sylvester, Savannah and Sheena Mills; her great grandchildren, Nora, Scarlett Murray, Kyeson Nickles and Brixton Hall; and her siblings, Sara Ann Chase (David), John B. Koontz (Helene), Paula Koontz-Dalton (Mark) and Anna Margaret Koontz.
