He was predeceased by: his parents, George Stephens and Bertha Stephens (Eakin); and his siblings, Darryl Stephens, Alberta "Bert" Ricke, George "Bud" Stephens, Loretta "Elaine" Davenport, Raymond Holtz, George "Jock" Holtz, Henrietta "Hank" Williams, Lena Sultz, Clifford Stephens and Dixie Edwards.
He is survived by: his wife Susan Stephens (Harger); his children, Rae Jean Catrabone (Mark) of Erie, PA, Douglas Stephens (Lorraine) of Hollidaysburg, PA and Teri Myers (Joel) of Altoona, PA; and his grandchildren, Logan Catrabone, Adrienne Catrabone, Reed Catrabone, Jacob Stephens, Marian Stephens, Ruth Stephens and Simon Stephens. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
