She was predeceased by: her parents, George Berkey and Georgia Berkey (Boyer); her husband Jerry C. Salley; her brothers, Ted and John Berkey; and her great grandchildren, Brianne and Kelsey Salley.
She is survived by: her sons, Jerry, Sr. (Dawn) and Lance (Sheila); her grandchildren, Crystal (Jim Gustkey), Jerry Salley, Jr. (Angela) and Chad Salley (Amber); her great grandchildren, Brennen, Justice, Savannah and Jerry, III; her siblings, Greta Ludlam, Wendell Berkey (Bonnie) and Karen Bertolasio; and her sisters-in-law, Karen Berkey and Connie Berkey. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
