He was predeceased by: his parents, Earl Chester "Bud" and Evelyn Miller (Wilson); and his siblings, Earl "Bill" Miller and Delores Prinkey. He is survived by: his wife Connie Miller (Weyand); his children, Charles Miller (Beth), Chris Miller (Jen) and Jennifer Shaffer (Todd); his grandchildren, Darren, Josiah, Lorelei Miller, Tanner and Morgan Shaffer; and his siblings, Nancy Gowton, Carol Basinger, Linda Wolfe, John Miller (Cheryl), Barbara Miller and Debra Miller.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, October 28th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM and on Wednesday, October 29th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 6:30 PM. A funeral service was held on Wednesday, October 29th 2025 at 6:30 PM at the Brooks Funeral Home (406 Washington St, Mt Pleasant, PA 15666). The military honors was held on Thursday, October 30th 2025 at the Fairview Cemetery.
