He is survived by: his wife Kathy Mishler (Figard); his children, Emily, Abby (Mason Page), Austin and Scott Hay; his siblings, Daniel Lee, Edward Melvin, Barbara, Susanne, Kenneth and Cindy; his siblings-in-law, Kelly, Jeff Hay, Jack, Judy Figard, Scott and Amy Figard; and his close friends, John, Charlene Collins and Sally Barndt.
