He was predeceased by: his parents, Louis Costo and Bertha Marie Costo (Burkett); his wife Dorcas Costo (Gindlesperger); and his sisters, Carol and Donna.
He is survived by: his son Rick (Tammy); his grandchildren, Samantha, Anthony and Owen; and his great grandchildren, Bentley, Logan, Kane, Kai and Sylar.
