He was predeceased by: his mother Ruth Watkins (Miller); his daughter Tammy Delzangle; and his son-in-law Pete Delzangle. He is survived by: his father William "Jay" Watkins; his wife Sandra Watkins (Reighard); his brothers, Tom Watkins (Bonnie), Alan Watkins (Rosemary) of Sunset City, FL and Rick Watkins; and his children, BJ Watkins (Shannon), Vicky Carnicella (Jim) of Cape Canveral, FL, Michelle Hershberger Ijmasville, MD (Terry), Tricia Kestermont (Wes), Lory Borischak (Mike) and Joe Niovich of Annapolis, MD.. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, grandchildren and great grandchildren.
