He is survived by: his sons, Joseph Buggey (Laurie) and David Buggey.
Visitation was held on Thursday, September 3rd 2026 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Robinson-Lytle-Shoemaker Funeral Home (36 N 7th St, Indiana, PA 15701). A funeral service was held on Friday, September 4th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
