He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond A. Lucas and Gertrude Lucas (Mestler); and his brother Raymond Lucas. He is survived by: his wife Patricia Lucas (Troup); his sons, William Jr. (Sara) and James Curtis Lucas; his siblings, Martha (Joseph), Benamati (Homer City), Judy (Harold), Moorhead and Russell (Sandra); and his grandson William Connor Lucas. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
