She was predeceased by : her husband William "Spanky" O'Toole; and her sisters, Martha Woods and Shirley Karpel. She is survived by : her children, Kevin (Maryann), Colleen Kuhn (Walter), Brian, Keith (Lorraine Smith) and Maureen DeLong (Flint); her daughter-in-law Pat O'Toole; her grandchildren, Ryan O'Toole, Colin O'Toole, Sean Kuhn (Caren), Kevin Kuhn (Lauren Shawgo), Aaron Kuhn, John O'Toole and Casey O'Toole; her great grandchild Kenobi O'Toole; and her son Mark O'Toole. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and their children.
