Miller of Homestead, Pennsylvania, born in Fairmont, West Virginia, who passed away at the age of 72, on March 9, 2024. She was predeceased by : her parents, James Hooper and Alyce Hooper (Wright); and her siblings, Gwendolyn Sumlin, Joanne King, Ronald White, John Edward White, Yvonna Daniels and Joyce Jones.

She is survived by : her daughters, Denise Jones (Darin) of Glassport and Jessica Becht of Homestead.

Lucy graciously donated her body to medical science to further education and research.
