He was predeceased by : his father Andrew James, Sr.; and his siblings, Thomas, Daniel Carroll, Constance Wash and Margery Ordnung.
He is survived by : his wife Sharon; his children, A. J. (Kristine), Susan, Patty (Jeff), Kim (Chan) and Leah (Joe); his grandchildren, Michael, Brody, Chayni, Andy, Madison, Grace, Bryce, Rhayni, Daniel and Lyndee; his great grandchild Matthew; his brother Robert "Bob" Carroll; and his sister-in-law Jane Carroll Bunnell. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
The family requests that donations be made to Damascus Township Ambulance and or Equinunk Fire Department in Andrew's honor.
