He was predeceased by : his parents, Anthony Dulay and Catherine Dulay (Guinther). He is survived by : his wife Jill Foster; his children, Brian Dulay (Sandra) of Dyberry and Heather Rossi (Leonard) of Cherry Ridge; his brothers, Thomas Dulay (Marian) of Naples, FL, Gerald Dulay (Kay) of Honesdale and Richard Dulay (Kathie) of Honesdale; and his granddaughters, Olivia and Bianca Rossi. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
