Potter of Honesdale, Pennsylvania, born in Brooklyn, New York, who passed away on October 7, 2023, at the age of 76, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by : his parents, Robert Potter and Stephanie Potter (Stetz); his children, Marie Friscia and Thomas Potter; and his siblings, Joan Cush, Ronald, Kenneth and Dennis Potter.

He is survived by : his wife Juanita Felton; his son Mark Potter; his grandsons, Shaun Potter of Honesdale and Frank Potter of Pittston; his sister Gwendolyn Potter of Honesdale; and his great grandchild Amy Potter.
