He was predeceased by: his wife Virginia "Ginny" Claire Villaume; his parents, John Villaume and Carolyn Villaume (Koenig); his daughter Kathy Fox; and his siblings, John Villaume (Helen), Fred Villaume (Caroline), Carl Villaume (Geraldine), Robert Villaume and Ruth Glossenger (Robert).

He is survived by: his children, Sandy Cheng (Kuo) and Michael Villaume (Wendy); his grandchildren, Jason Villaume, Dennis Cheng (Tierney), Brian Villaume (Erin), Mary Choo (Jong-Su), Eric Fox (Sarah) and Christopher Cheng (Kriscka); and his great grandchildren, Emma Grace Villaume, Claire, Paul Choo, Kaeden, Brynlee Fox, Liam Villaume and Caroline Cheng.
