It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Freda Mae Haun of Honesdale, Pennsylvania, who passed away on April 23, 2025, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
In the sacred silence of farewell, Freda Mae is released into the embrace of eternity, knowing that her light will continue to shine brightly in the tapestry of the lives of her loved ones. She was predeceased by: her husband George Haun; her parents, Walter Hamlyn and Pauline Hamlyn; her daughter Selena McHugh; and her brother Walter Hamlyn, Jr..
She is survived by: her children, Gary Haun of Honesdale and Dee Austin (Tom) of Beach Lake.
