With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Gary M. Flood of Honesdale, Pennsylvania, born in Carbondale, Pennsylvania, whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. He was predeceased by: his mother Marjorie Schofield; his stepfather James Schofield; and his brothers, Bob Flood and Tom Flood. He is survived by: his wife Kathleen "Kate" Roegner; his children, Rachel Flood of Albany, NY and Eric Flood of Honesdale; and his siblings, Kerry Schofield (Carol) of Myerstown, John Schofield (Nicole) of Litiz, PA, Fred Schofield (Marlene) of Clarks Summit, PA, Jean Hartzell of Waymart and Judy Platt (Charlie) of Glenmoore, PA. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, August 9th 2025 at 5:00 PM at the Jake's Elk Lake Tavern (25 Lizzys Ln, Waymart, PA 18472).
