He was predeceased by: his parents, George Knapp and Bessie Knapp (Knorr); and his siblings, Robert Knapp, Jean Bowen and Carol Williams.
He is survived by: his wife Annaliese Knapp (Vaihinger); his daughters, Laura Ruddy (Sean) of Lake Ariel and Lisa Hutchison (Bruce) of Bethany; his grandchildren, Julie Hutchison (Justen Ganson), James Hutchison and Shane Ruddy; and his great grandchildren, Quenten, Nataly, Mykaela and Camren Ganson. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, June 19th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the St. John's Evangelical Lutheran Church (107 7th St, Honesdale, PA 18431). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, June 19th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
