He was predeceased by : his parents, Gerald Hawley and Lottie Hawley (Diehl); and his siblings, Clayton, Lowell Hawley, Marion Daub, Gladys McCormick and Eleanor Keesler.

He is survived by : his wife Dorothy Hellmers; his son Harold G. Hawley, Jr. (Maurya) of Equinunk; his siblings, Everett, Mark Hawley, Evelyn Peters, Grace Mills, Joyce Hellmers and Lois Koch; his grandchildren, Heather Miller (Bernie), Harold Hawley III (Sherry) and Adam Hawley (Amy); and his great grandchildren, Seth Miller, Katelyn, Jacob, Owen, Carter Hawley, Logan Simpson and Stacia Todd.

Memorial contributions can be made to the Equinunk Fire Dept., P.O. Box 67 Equinunk PA 18417.
