He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Heinrich N. Metz and Maria Lampert Metz; his children, Chelsey Metz and Dylan Metz; his siblings, Ingrid Lukan (Ron) and Guenter Metz (Paula Jean); and his siblings' children, Alexander Metz (Stephanie), Christine Siemers (Shawn), Michael Lukan (Stephanie) and Stephen Lukan (Alison).
A memorial service will be held on Monday, October 13th 2025 at 6:00 PM at the Hessling Murray Funeral Home (428 Main St, Honesdale, PA 18431).
