He was predeceased by: his parents, Carl M. Fulkrod and Dorothy M. Fulkrod (Sharp). He is survived by: his wife Cheryl Fulkrod (Gregory); his children, Michael Fulkrod (Lacy Freiermuth) of Tyler Hill, Jason Fulkrod (Jessica Gattus) of Honesdale and Jennifer Frankenstein (David) of Schuylkill Haven, PA; his siblings, Diane Hammaker (Tom) of Millersburg, PA and John Fulkrod (Sue) of Millersburg, PA; his grandchildren, Chaz, Kaylee, Jolene, Ceilidh and Norrin; and his great grandchild Karissa. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
