He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Theodore Chase Sr. and Brenda McCloskey (Holbert). He is survived by: his wife Denise Newport; his children, William Young of Pen Argyl, PA, Theodore "David" Chase of Honesdale and Krystal Maree (Ryan) of Honesdale; and his grandchildren, William and Michelle Young.
