He was predeceased by: his parents, William R. Castek and Marie Castek (Hook). He is survived by: his wife Julia "Judy" Mandeville; his children, Karen Wallace (Andrew) of Washington, D. C. and James Castek of Honesdale; and his grandsons, Cody and Justin Wallace.
A Mass of Christian burial was held on Wednesday, September 30th 2026 at 10:00 AM at the St. Mary Magdalen Church (416 Church St, Honesdale, PA 18431).
